We only accept returns on Blue Veg in the event that you received a rotten or damaged product from our end. All surcharges and taxes included in the price of the product will be deducted and will not be refunded.

Product Condition for Refund
The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Start a Return

Return Policy Duration
We have a same-day return policy, which means you have 12 hours after receiving your item to request a return. After this period, we will assume that you received the product in good condition and have accepted it.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Size Exchanges
Please refer to the sizing charts for product sizing before placing an order. Size exchanges will not be facilitated once the order is placed.

Refunds
