Eligibility for Returns

  • Damaged Products: We only accept returns if you received a rotten or damaged product.

Important Information

  • Timeframe: You have 12 hours after receiving your item to request a return. If you do not initiate a return within this period, we will assume you have accepted the product in good condition.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Return and Exchanges: Approved returns and exchanges will be delivered within 1-2 days.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Once your return is accepted, we will arrange for the items to be picked up from your delivery address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
